What riders love about Escape
It’s been a great experience for both my boys to spend Camps with Tammy and her excellent coaches ripping around the North Shore Mountain Trails. Her team is professional and skilled. The classes were tailored to fit the rider’s capabilities and I was impressed at the progress my kids made after each session. Will continue to recommend Escape Adventures to all our friends!

I have had my two sons in different Escape Adventure bike camps (Mini-rippers, Mini-Rippers Trails, and Survive The Shore) and they loved it! Although I have two sons who are very different in attitude and athletic ability, they both dramatically improved their biking skills in these camps. The coaches are riders and serve as role models for the kids to look up to and are really good with the children. I can see a big difference in their skills and confidence before and after lessons when I ride with them. Tammy is super-organized and cares that the children have a good experience. I’ve had my boys in other bike camps and would highly recommend Escape Adventures.

Signing up for a set of 3 private adult lessons with Escape Adventures was absolutely the best thing I could have done to get into this new-to-me sport as quickly, safely, and fun as possible. Tammy started me right from the very basic fundamentals and was able to accurately gauge my progress throughout the sessions. It was very rewarding to experience solid progression in my confidence and skills from the 2-hour sessions. I definitely learned the difference between driving the trail and surviving the trail. My expectations were far exceeded when I was onto my first black diamond trail shortly after completing the three lessons with Tammy. On top of that, Tammy creates a really comfortable atmosphere to learn, challenge yourself and overcome all of those obstacles (physical and mental). I would recommend these lessons to anyone looking to get into this awesome sport.

Our nine-year-old son attended his first mountain-biking camp during spring break with Escape Adventures. We didn’t know what to expect, so prepared him in case he spent the day on a gravel field, practicing riding techniques. Not the case with Escape Adventures! He was riding his first trails on his first day, developing skills and confidence throughout the camp. He was always eager to get to camp on time and rode his bike an extra couple hours after getting home each day. We really appreciate the individual progress reports that make it obvious that camp leaders got to know our son’s particular strengths and developing skills. Thanks for inspiring our rider and not going easy on him!

What an amazing way to learn to mountain bike! My boys – age 8 and 10 – started with Escape Adventures at the beginning of the season and have enjoyed different programs. Through camps and private lessons, my kids have developed their skills and grown their confidence. They’ve learned that when you put the hard work in to go up, you get to enjoy the ride of going down. The leaders are fun, energetic and responsible. Every attention is given to making sure the kids get the most out of the mountain.

Thank you so much for all of the advice and patience during my adult camp! I really, really enjoyed Roadside Attraction and King of The Shore last night. As I was flying down those, now I will have to spend some serious time on Bobsled and the Richard Juryn Trails to see if I can gain some confidence on these trails too!
Thanks again!
