The Rippers – Spring Break

Trails, trails and more trails!!

Your Ripper will spend time on the trails of the Seymour Demonstration Forest OR Fromme Mountain.  Our focus will be on exploring different trails, advancing our level pedal, body position and climbing skills.  Along with starting to read the correct line to ride and practicing riding roots, rocks and corners.

Please review the below requirement to determine which Rippers group your child fits into.

New for 2021!!

The Rippers – FROMME is for confident riders, 6 years and older, who have already spent time riding Fromme trails. Riders need to have the ability to ride, unassisted, to Bobsled 2-3 times within the 3 hour session.  Trails being ridden will include Bobsled, Roadside Attraction and King of The Shore.  One day in the week, riders will climb For The Kids and lap Lower Expresso, 2 or 3 times, finishing off with a Lower Digger lap.  Rock and Roll, this will be one hot camp!!

**On Hold**  Riders will have the opportunity to give back to their trails by spending time involved in trail maintenance through the NSMBA Youth Stewardship Program.  In 2019 our riders gave 500+ hours of time working on the trails.  The NSMBA (North Shore Mountain Biking Association) provides excellent instruction and guidance.

Demo Forest: 5-8+
Fromme: 6-8+ yrs.

If my child is the required age for the camp, later in the year, can they still be registered?

As long as your child is the required age within the calendar year, you can register them for the camp.
