Spoke Sisters – Summer

Spoke Sisters…female riders and female Coaches.  A camp for riders that would like to enhance their mountain biking skills, confidence and level of comfort with the sport.  Once this is achieved, these female riders have built their courage, expanded their community and are ready to crush the trails of The Shore.

For the majority of the week, we will explore the trails on Mt Fromme.  On Thursday, all riders will start and finish at the Hyannis Trail.  On Friday, some riders will return to Fromme for some hot downhill laps.  Other riders, will start their day at the Mushroom Parking Lot and experience Corkscrew, John Deer, Asian Adonis, Pingu, Pangor, to mention a few.

All Spoke Sisters will be assessed on day 1 and placed into appropriate skill groups.
